Order Processing

Orders are processed before being dispatched. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume and destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping & Delivery

Silk Theory ships to selected destinations internationally.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Packages

In some cases, items within the same order may be fulfilled separately and arrive in different packages. If this occurs, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees as a result of an order being split into multiple packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee that shipping details can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Silk Theory is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

Occasionally, deliveries may experience delays outside of our control.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, your package appears to be lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on the destination country's regulations. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
